How is this made?

For these boards, I use a bandsaw to cut different kinds of wood and glue it together (usually several times) to create a one-of-a-kind woven pattern. After planing and sanding to create a smooth surface, I move from the wood shop to the art studio and burn a design into each piece.

I finish with a food-safe mixture of oils and waxes, which means the artwork for sale in this listing is suitable for use both as a charcuterie board and as a display piece.

All items in my shop are 100% handmade by me! All pyrography is done by hand with an electric wood burning tool.
